Wireless Technology Research Centre

Wireless Technology Consultation, Demonstration, Research & Development

The Wireless Technology Research Centre (WTRC), based within the Intelligent Systems Engineering Laboratory at the Magee campus of UU, is part of the DETI-funded Wireless Broadband Flagship project for Northern Ireland ( www.wirelessderry.org ). It provides a cost-effective method for SMEs and start-up companies to access skilled personnel for a limited period without incurring large initial consultancy charges, in order to give companies a competitive advantage in the market place through integration of wireless technologies, in both their infrastructures and products.
